Elizabeth celebrated her 15th birthday just the way she wished to. We had cake and presents in the early morning with her Dad before her had to go to work, then Mimi came over followed by her Uncles. She got to pick her favorite lunch and dinner selections and had as much t.v. as she wished.

What is so great is that she was in birthday mode a full week and a half before the actual day, she WANTED us to sing to her, she WANTED to open presents, she WANTED to be the star of the day. and all this from the child whose disorders of SPD and dyspraxia used to make her shy away from all the above and more.
